The problem
NomadCare sells to HSE managers and procurement teams at operators and EPC contractors. Those buyers check a provider before shortlisting them, and a medical provider that looks improvised does not get onto the list. The company had no identity and no site.
What we decided
- Build the identity around a compass mark on a fixed 28 degree bearing, because the proposition is care that follows the operation rather than waiting in a city
- Write every claim so it could be evidenced, and remove the ones that could not
- Static site rather than a CMS, because nobody in the organisation would be editing it weekly and performance mattered more than convenience
What we delivered
- Full identity system: mark, lockups, reversed and single colour, small size variant
- Nine page guidelines with measured contrast values, not assumed ones
- 24 page website, clean URLs, structured data on 22 pages
- Two forms with seven layer protection and an on disk enquiry log
- Branded HTML email for notification and acknowledgement, logo embedded not linked
- Stationery, stamps and social media set
Where it landed
The site went live with every claim on it defensible, and the enquiry log means a mail delivery failure cannot lose a lead. The identity package is now the reference the client gives to any supplier.
